-Athletes MUST tryout for the team the home address is districted for. They may not try out for a school outside of their district without permission from the league director (Jason Little).
-If a player is cut from a team and they wish to participate in the league, they will then contact the league director (Jason) to request a tryout with one of their 2 school choices if cut from a team. If one of their school choices has NOT cut any other players in their district and still has a need, then this player will be allowed to play with them. If both school options previously selected from the player are full, then this player will attend the league wide tryout.
-If a player misses or doesn't attend their districted school tryout, then they must attend the league wide tryout and will NOT be allowed to choose 2 schools they wish to try out for.
- The league wide tryout will be where all players cut from a program or in a district that doesn't have a feeder team will try out in front of the coaches of programs still looking to fill their rosters. Once players have completed this tryout, the coaches of the programs with needs will then hold a draft and choose players based on team needs.
-5th graders may try out for the B team only and are not permitted to play in the A league under any circumstance. 5th graders are also only permitted on a team if no 6th,7th or 8th graders are cut from that program.
-Athletes must have an up to date physical to participate in the try outs or the league.
-NOTE- Teams will have a mandatory maximum roster limit of 15 players if making only one team and 25 players if making an A and B team.
- Once teams are selected, 9 players must be "locked" in on the A roster if a school is making an A and B team. This means those 9 players must play in the A league only. B players are eligible to play in the A league anytime throughout the season.
-Pitchers from the A league are only allowed to drop down and pitch in the B league if they have pitched 20% or less of the innings in the A league.
-If an athlete is currently attending a middle school that is a private school, then their home address must be used to determine which high school they would feed to. The school they would feed to based on their home address is the school program they must try out for.
