- The League Director (Jason Little) will handle the initial scheduling of umpires for games.

- Coaches are responsible for contacting Steve Marcus and the scheduled umpires in the event of a rainout or change of venue. 

- Any changes after must be handled by the home team of that games coach. Failure to do so can result in additional cost that will be owed by the home team that failed to notify Steve Marcus and the scheduled umpires.
